The life
and career of Michael Earl has been a unique one, and in his lectures he shares how he got started in puppetry,
how he got hired sight-unseen by Jim Henson, behind-the-scenes Muppet stories, songs and famous clips from a 30-year
career in TV and film that includes Sesame Street, The Muppet Movie, The Muppets Take Manhattan, John Denver and the Muppets,
The Dark Crystal, Men in Black II, Shrek, Team America: World Police, and others. He also demonstrates TV
puppetry techniques, working live on-camera, turning a novice volunteer from the audience into a skilled assistant
puppeteer.
